If we decide to use personal information in a manner that is materially different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify you of such changes prior to implementing them by posting a revised Privacy Policy with a new “Last Updated” date. Rather & Kittrell shall also provide each client with the current Privacy Policies at least annually.
