Alisha joined the Rather & Kittrell team in January 2024. She is a graduate of The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Master of Business Administration in General Business and has worked in several different areas of finance for 8 years. Her passion for numbers and eagerness to expand her knowledge within the industry lead her to an accounting career in 2022.

Alisha currently lives in the Clinton area with her husband and their two cats. She enjoys spending her spare time with friends and family, going out on the lake, and visiting the mountains.
