Crystal Meldrum, PPC®

Client Service Manager, WM Process Coordinator

Crystal is a Client Service Manager with Rather & Kittrell. She has worked in the financial services industry since 2000 and joined Rather & Kittrell in early 2005. Crystal’s role within the firm has evolved over the years and she now focuses on Client Service, and Wealth Management Process Coordination in order to connect with clients, advisory staff, and custodians to assure that our clients receive the most efficient, cost effective, and accurate services the Rather & Kittrell team can offer.

Crystal values personal connections and relationships. She thrives in a team environment like Rather & Kittrell where she can serve people and see the results of knowledge, process, patience, and determination as it becomes evident through the lives of clients and their families. Crystal says, “It is very fulfilling to know our clients say they trust us and they know we are working hard to make their financial futures as bright as possible.” Crystal describes her role at Rather & Kittrell as “diverse, rewarding, and personally challenging” and states “no two days are the same, but I get to help someone every single day,” which she believes is the most rewarding aspect of her job.

Crystal and her husband, John, were married in 2020 and moved to Oak Ridge with their three children, Hailey, Parker and Lydia. Away from work, she enjoys boating and spending time with family, two dogs, and friends.  She also loves many forms of athletics and spent several years heavily involved in developing youth basketball programs and high school-age travel teams including college exposure teams. She values the time spent with her daughters as well as the many friendships she has built with coaches, administrators, and parents, Since 2017, Crystal has also been actively involved in extending her oldest daughter’s memory and legacy of love by creating and organizing events to fund The Brittany Johnson Memorial Scholarship Funds held at both Maryville College and East Tennessee Foundation.
