Frannie joined Rather & Kittrell as a Client Service Specialist in April 2024. She grew up in Athens, Tennessee, and she studied at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting and Drawing in 2022. Frannie also proudly served as a Family Service Worker in McMinn County for The Department of Children’s Services where she managed cases for foster children and their families in the Tennessee Valley region.

She finds her experience in community engagement, observation, and visual communication provides a unique and sensitive contribution to her team’s skillset.

As a new local resident, Frannie is happy to help provide client services at Rather & Kittrell and excited to immerse herself into the arts and culture of Knoxville alongside her beloved cat Binky.
