Lisa began working with Rather & Kittrell in August of 2015. For over 30 years, she has held various administrative positions within the financial industry and non-profit sector. In her role of Administrative Assistant, she provides compliance, HR and operational support, along with creating a welcoming lobby atmosphere for clients and visits alike.

Lisa was born and raised in Morristown, Tennessee, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Carson-Newman University. She has three grown children.

In her spare time, Lisa is an avid reader, enjoys experimenting with new cooking recipes and experiencing the beautiful Smoky Mountains on horseback.
