Lytle is the co-founder of Rather & Kittrell and has worked in the financial services industry since 1988. He is a graduate of The University of Tennessee with a degree in Finance. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, and holds life, health, and variable contract licenses. He is also a member of the Financial Planning Association and has served as a board member of The University of Tennessee Finance Department Advisory Council.
Lytle is passionate about helping clients navigate life’s transitions. He counsels many business owners, executives and retirees. Lytle feels a special call to help widows and the unique transition they face. Inspired by their stories, he has written a book, Ready To Live Again: A Widows Guide for Transitioning from Uncertainty to Peace of Mind.
Lytle, and his wife Susan, grew up in Knoxville and have three adult children. The entire family helps serve and continues to be involved with Harvest Hope Home, a permanent home placement ministry for orphans based in Malawi, Africa.
