End of Year Insurance Audit

Chase Kerby, CFP®, AIF®

The end of the year can serve as a wonderful time to review your personal insurance policies like auto, home, and umbrella.

For the last few years building costs have seen significant appreciation and it is important to assess your Coverage A or the amount your home is insured for. Planning Tip: Remember your home should be insured based on the construction and materials cost to rebuild not the value of your property including the land. We are here to help if you have questions.
