Jeff Hall
11.09.2022

Hi, I’m Jeff Hall, Partner and Senior Advisor at Rather and Kittrell. Wealth transfer planning can be difficult for a lot of reasons. Most of us want to help our heirs and not harm them.

Sometimes there are multiple children in a family, and that’s going to create some sibling rivalry. We want to take care of our spouse once we’re gone, sometimes there is a business or real estate that introduces some complicated questions and decisions that have to be made. There’s always going to be some level of legal and tax complexity that has to be addressed.

To help simplify wealth transfer planning, we rely on the 6 T’s of the wealth transfer planning process.

Transfer, Treatment, Timing, Title, Tools and Techniques, and finally, Talk.
If you’d like to learn more about how we can integrate these into your wealth transfer planning, please visit us at rkcapital.com.
